Nadzal forums has had problems before with keeping the site up and running. It's gone down for a few days before, so I wouldn't worry too much yet!

The problem is that they take much time everytime they go down so we don`t know really when will they come back. I never get paid there and I was managing to reach the minimum and request for the payout for the first time

Well, there are some major elements affecting the PTP system really ..
You can build up a successful PTP forum that can stand for a long time but it needs to be controlled by a smart, active and honest person. As for Nazdal case, I guess it was a lack of management and planning
