Hello I have noticed a great point while searching on the Google.com. Actually i was searching about and was amazed when i saw the results dsplayed on the First page of Google.

So, if you want to see the results and share what it can be:

1) Open Google.com
2) Type: The Word Department
3) See the Results
4) Found Any Unusual Result
5) The first position is : in the url and title: "World"

There is no combination between WORD and WORLD.

that might be a grammatical jinx since it could not find a relevant match "THE word" grammtically

although it showed it in the 4-5 place .might be some loophole in the algorithms

This is definitely Google algorithms problem. The word "word" and "world" doesn't have any connection between those two and my guess is, it's somekind of google loophole or bug. Only those guys in Google can fix this.

I think its a mistake in the algorithm. The two words look very similar so its easy to miss. It might also be that the results for word isn't that many so it also searched for world... who know??

there is nothing really unusual with this one. i think it is really normal for google to display other word that is near to the word you are searching.

I agree with you partially about what you said above Google provide results which are nearly matching with the word which is been searched.

But, did you noticed while searching the whole phrase about word, Google only provides with the matching words search results if no results with the exact phrase is found.

But in the scenario which i have discussed in this thread have the exact words in the results but then also Google is pushing these search results down in the ranking and giving the "World" more importance.

Might be that the top site has something to do with WORD too, unless it's the WORLD that's bold?
They are constantly changing the live algorithm,.

This is really a mistake. Why should google change their algorithm to that? Or maybe google for sure is changing the algorithm that highlights the possible human mistakes in search result :O
