I was just thinking, is there anything like this? I know googlebombs will boost 1 site to the top, is there any way possible for a site at the top to take it off the top so it doesn't show up?

Google bomb? Is that kind of some black hat seo trick or program? I havent heard anything like that before. If your competitor rocketed to the top of search resuslts he will fall down eventually, because first of all new websites are usually getting a boost from google and after some time it fells down, or your competitor used black hat methods and soon will get banned from google.

lol google doesnt ban the accounts. Google can ban the site from search results if the site is using some kind of cheating or spamming to get to the top of search result pages

ah ok. so you mean the site will not be able to use the search engine to display his site. well if will really affect the site too badly.

Honestly, if a site is not on Google, I don't really think many people can get to it unless you post it in many forums and other sites. Also, a humorous-ish note (kind of), you could also know off a site from Google by just getting the trillion sites underneath it to rank above it.
