Have anyone heard of this program?
This is a free program that specially build for Microsoft user by "Microsoft Lover",
which is a extreme update version of Paint.
It's much like a simple Photoshop,
which many people said that it's combination of Paint and Photoshop.
This program is 100% free for any Microsoft user,
