So let's say I have a blog. I have x posts in it, y uvs/day. When do you think anybody would be interested to buy a review on my blog from Review me for example :-?

I wrote reviews before but I never tried this service. Any thoughts on how to know when it's time to try them ?

Well, I'm not sure what you are trying to say here but anyway if the sponsors are really interested in your site, they will submit a proposal to buy reviews from your site. What they will usually look for is whether your site is visited a lot, where is your traffic ranking based on Alexa and also the PR.
