And there are some other one will buy domain for the blog and also hosting.
so what kind of blog you will choose?

I like free ones, as I have no money to invest till now, and I don't think my blog can bring good money to me, so why I should invest money to buy the domain and hosting? and I think free one can work well for me.

Will you tell me what benefits are you getting from free blogs?
I am not sure so am asking(as you have free blog) that if we can put our own adsense code on such blogs or not? I have my own blog and it is generating revenue for me (via Google Adsense).

you can put some ads code on your blog, goolge is not the only site you can get the code. you also can get some ads from some other company. maybe with bad price, but you can start.

I think you are right, we should not pay all our attentiont to google ads, there are some company can provide ads to your site or blog and they are with low min payout, such as $10 in paypal.

talking about bidvertiser?? yes, that's very attractive, but the system sucks!! I'm using it though, and I honestly don't like how ads appear in my blog..

I started with free blog at blogspot and when I got the hang of blogging, bought own domain. What are paid blogs anyway? Like premium account with wordpress, livejournal, typepad and some other?

I started with a free blog at wordpress.com, but the inability to place ads without purchasing the css edit widget kinda pissed me off. I use blogspot now.
