Its depend on your Time management.
you can post 1+ post daily or weekly
I have no more time for blogging so i post 1 post weekly or 2-3 days. |

I think 5 post or more per day for a blog is better, and you have to update it in several times per day,so you can get more traffic than you post 5 post at the same time. | | | | | |

I think it is better to update your blog with 3~10 post per day, and you can update them for 10 times, it is better to get more traffic from google.This is I ever heard from others. | | | | | |

By the way, i think the most important is the content. Some of the blog even just have one post per week, but they are having millions of visitor because the post is really helpful and great. | |
