Why u say google will ban. When I start any blog then 1st i chose a nice templets and I add google ads . After That I write there. Is it wrong? Pls tell me.

That depends. It's not a matter of starting too early. It's the number of ads displayed at the page that matters. Some websites overdo it by displaying way too many ads and visitors' mood will usually turn off upon seeing so many of it.
Just make sure that you don't use pop up ads which can be very very annoying.
