Rep Power: 172 | | Firefox "jog" with a Javascript issue Okay, so as usual I'm trying something no one else that I know of has tried before. I'm trying to create a scrolling series of divs, like the ones at the bottom of the page: To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. In IE, you'll see the effect I'm going for. After much tweaking and shrieking, I got it to work there. Firefox works...sometimes. Sometimes, it will "jog" initially, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when it will jog. I just want to stop it doing that in Firefox for the PC. A few notes: 1) I don't want to hear "do it in Flash, it will be easier." I don't want to do this in Flash because I want to make sure the content is both indexable and able to be resized. Flash offers neither option. I know full well I could do it in Flash, but I don't want to. 2) If it looks odd in a MAC, I haven't tested it there yet. I'm going to on Monday when I can get my hands on a MAC and can see what it does. Thanks. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. | |
