Basically I don't understand your question or what you want in the first place. Meta tags information is basically stored in the header of your HTML document and contains the keywords to relay information to the spiders telling it, what your website is all about.
Google no longer added weight on meta tags. Some S.E like yahoo and msn still added a LITTLE weight on this. But If you are going to ask me, Meta title and description are still advisable and the rest are now all non-sense
I knew that the meta keywords should be the ones most used in the content. The meta tags should just say to the crawlers what keywords are most likely to be found on the site.

Meta tags didn't longer play a big role in Search Engine but yes I agree it is still crawlable. Its still ok to use meta tags since it can't hurt your site. But having your keywords on meta keywords will give your competitor's the idea of your targeted keywords
Meta tag is only for search engine not for visitor. It's play major role in ranking in search engine.. All the relative information of your page except content present in Meta's.
so, I think it's play important role in search engine.

meta tags are in the <.head> of your webpages. Theres a dot after< that normally wouldn't be there but I'm not sure how this form would react... at anyrate... I can't say whether or not you have meta tags because I don't have your url... SEO either, I'd be glad to check it but you need to include url...
