I think that mortgage keywords are also high paying keywords... I've a few keywords list that pay you max CPC...

Mortgage and law related is paying high, but the paying from ads not only base on the keyword but also the ip clicked. I did get $2.16 per click just from my game blog

That's true... If you've widespread demographics, userbase from different countries then your adsense pay per click is better...
