Keywords In Title Bar

I appropriately put keywords in my title bar. I also put my business name in the title bar first. I like the slight bit of extra branding it gives me in the SERPs.

What are the consequences of this - if any - from an SEO pov? I'm hearing that portion of my title bar is always duplicated, I could be finding myself ranked lower, or in the supplementals. Anyone have any thoughts?
