I used Keyword analysis tool from mcdar.net and I got following results for 2 different keyword phrases - see pix above. I thought it would be easy to optimize for both of them, but its not. For one of them I got in Top 10 almost without optimizing, for the other one its impossible for me to get good position.

But the results look very similar for me. There are some PR0 or PR1 pages with almost no backlinks, which should be easy to beat. The "A" means "allinanchor:" ranking and there are several pages in Top 10 without any reasonable "allinanchor:", the red point means - NOT FOUND in top 100 for allinanchor:

So for me - it should be easy to beat both. I cannot see there much difference. Can you help me to interpret the results and how difficult is SEO for these keyword phrases?
If there is no significant difference, what should be the next step in my research, to find the difference somewhere else, in Google results or where ever?
