How To Analyze Huge List Of Keywords

I have a client who I suspect is attempting to do a PPC campaign. I used wordtracker to brainstorm about 30k keywords for his website (unless he has nothing better to do than to optomize 30k pages for regular search engines)

Quick question... what is the BEST way to analyze the list of keywords without using wordtrackers KEI system. I am not a huge fan of it, but this guy is lazy and wants to go that route.. i am trying to explain to him that if you want something done right, you have to roll up your sleeves sometimes.
