Yes that's a big question . How is it possible to have a good PR with listing site in a directory . PR has a lot more things to rely on . I have seen its criteria and it is pretty genuine .

Ah- only maybe if I am listed on the front page! -it being a PR 5- however Google may not take much notice it neing a non english site - more links in does mean PR will rize- however Google is very slow in updating at the moment....
