I have heard that if you have backlinks on some PR3 or PR4 site then soon you will be listed in good page ranks soon . I think you should try to have some backlinks on higher page rank sites .

I think that you need backlinks from PR7 or PR8 websites. PR3 or PR4 won't work to have results appear on page 1 in major search engines.

I have not tried ever because i have not any site yet but i think in the start some one should start from low level and also try to bring some traffic although backlinks is pretty efficient way for seo technique . Thanks for correcting me .

All you need for that is good keyword placement in title description and body text, this will give your site a sound foundation and a easy placement to build upon.
Inbound links from well ranked sites will boost your pr and rankings. I am actualy losing links from linkdash.com, my inbounds are 621 from msn for my keywords i rank page2 position 4. "Free link exchange" try this aswell "free link directory" i rank page6, and then look at my inbounds compared to the rest.

Links form sites which have high page ranks are always appreciated and sites like this are always upgraded rapidly .

lol this is easier said than done as the bigger sites will not link out to new sites with a lower pr unless of course you pay large sums of money..
