The thing about Yahoo is that you have to add their script to your website. I use google and simply type link;(add URL) in the search box and the backlinks are displayed.

use google toolbar it will tell you PR ,cached ,similar pages and backlink to the site.Its the best tool for accuracy since it is provided by google only dont get stuck up with any script or something else

Hi, you can always rely on this website to find out all your site's backlink. Not only it will show how many links are currently pointing to your site but also it will give a PR ranking for the links. Try it and you will know what I mean here.

May be your tool has advanced features which are out of my mind. My site has some links almost (600) and I have checked it on many different tools but results here are entirely different. Will you till me how to see or use this tool?

link:yourdomain.com with this command you can see relevant links in the eye of Google, but if you want more go to googlewebmaster central and see your site links.
