Hi,

I would like to share some points regarding to link building that must be checked before linking. It will sure help to make your link building campaign successful and to get your desired results. Please check these points before linking given below:

1.Relavancy is one of the most important factor for linking. Websites must be relevant to each other for linking.

2.Page Rank is another important factor which shows the quality of links. Higher the PR, Higher the quality of link.

3.Domain age also a main factor regarding to quality of links. Links from older domain is always better than a new one.

4.Number of outgoing links on a page also important for linking purpose. Number of outgoing links should not be more than 30 or 50 links on a page.

5.Type of linking also so important. If your links are natural or one-way then they are most valuable but also relevant reciprocal and three way links are also valuable.

6. Links pag must be easily accessible to users as well as search engine spider. It must be linked with ome page of a website and must be indexed by search engines too.

7) Make sure the site you are linking to is not banned by Google http://www.iwebtool.com/google_banned

Listing banned sites will do your site harm and may even get you banned if you list enough of them.

Indeed.......as i mentioned in point 6 that-

Page must be indexed by search engines so if a site or webpage is banned by google then obviously it will not be in the google index.
