All these sites looks as if they require a recipcocal link and all you get is a link on a pretty distant page in their index. Most people will be giving up a home page/site wide blog link in exchange.
Two way links are bad, they don't work anything like as well as one way links with Google, you need one way links if you want to build your SERPS.
