i'm completely stuck

i've had this adult story website for almost 3 years and it's only bringing in peanuts.. I've tried a few sponsors but no one seems to convert so I just stuck with AVNads but that income is way too low... I've heard and read here that Text Link Ads are a big income generator but my PR is too low...
