Any recommendations on my adsense placement

I am looking for some advice on my adsense placement for http://www.noheat.com. Any ideas? A couple of things I heard were preferable were having Adsense skyscraper on the left instead of a 200x200 on the right. Also what works best under posts? I was using regular 468 wide text links. I went...
