1. Accurately key information from image, view and correct inaccurate, incomplete or missing data elements from claim forms utilizing Captiva software meeting quality and timing standards as defined in SLA2. Analyze claim details to determine appropriate action needed. 3. Consult available resources including technical documentation, updates, computer system application features, co-workers and Mentors to perform daily task. Make suggestions for improvement in procedures. 4. Perform other job related duties or special projects as required
