How to move a mysql database to a new server?

I need to move a cubecart installation to a new server. The first thing I need to do is move a copy of the mysql database to a new server.How do I do this?Thanks in advanceNotting

Does your host use cPanel? If not, do you have access to a program such as phpMyAdmin?
