Your account will be banned if you're suddenly logging in from a completely different IP. It's ok if your IP changes, that's really normal, but it's not ok if one day the account is signed in from America and then the next day it's signed into from China or something like that.

In our country (Malaysia), most of the home users do not use fix IP broadband package due to very expensive!

Dynamic IP wont have your account to get ban.
The different IP ban is apply to large change in IP,
especially change in country.

well as far Ip is concerned 1 IP 1 bux account. So any one who have not registered with bux.to can buy it.

Well, in country like us, we usually do not have fixed IP address even in broadband connection. And we jump from one ISP to another if connections are slow or not reacheable. If what you said is true then we are in trouble. God grace, haven't banned from any sites yet.

If you buy the account and login it,
you might have IP problem if the account owner is from country far from your place.
That will causing large change in IP, include country change,
which will bring suspend to your account.

Bux.to is a PTC (Paid To Click) site... that pays us money for clicking there ads... Btw it is trustworthy site... it paid me once... Bt it takes to long time to pay you...

erm what about you tell them that you migrated to other country? lol XD maybe they'll believe you? it's 50/50 :P they ban you or believe you so the risk high :P
