I am not sure about this, but I think when you said HYIP , it is really with high risk, so most of them will be scam in short time and some of them might run longer but no longer than 2 year.
I think both of them are scam,, maybe the way is a little different, they will roll your money, and they will not pay you if you joined too late, if I am wrong ,don't blame me.
HYIP is relied on ponzi scheme, money cycler works on the similar scheme. I would suggest you to use any of these two, because its not worth your time and its very risky. All of them are scams and sooner or later you will actually loose your money. The only ones who earn from hyips or similar types of scams are the program admins, not the users.
