I advertise my site with Pay-Per-Click Vouchers, It's 100% Free, chill, isn't it?
Sometimes I also submit them to safelists.

I usually use the aleternative Emails blaster / safelists contacts submitter scheme,
Placing signature on forums and that kinda stuff...I only tried once to advertise an at with PTC , but never got my package,- total drag , as to which one of these methods would be the better, i couldnt say but you mihgt get a good feedback from forums, it all depends.

I feel using social sites / forums / blogs you can popularise your site as they will actually read. If you give any ad somewhere, they are just clicked to earn money, no one is bothered about the content of the ad.

I like PPC or PTC/PTR program because they are pretty much easier to earn and doesn't cost you too much time to learn how to use the site

Well if you use aurora scripts sites to advertise then it is quite cheap like clixncash. It is very very very cheap.

social sites or forum i thinks it most valuable for promote tools...it's not prohibited by goolge and also it's one of cheapest online promotion
