Default Hyphen in domain name

I want to book domain names for my websites. I want to have good SEO results. I am getting domain name available with hyphen in it. Is it good to use this type of domain?

Yup... you can go for that... check out this domain name build-reciprocal-links.com ... even though with the hyphens it is doing #1 for link exchange, free link exchange, etc.. keywords...

SEO, Backlinks are more important compared to hyphen and non-hypen domain names.

Yes you are right , i think I must go with available domain name and I should not care whether hyphen is there or not. But one more question is there should I consider .com or .info too?

It is still ok because search engine bots and spiders do recognize hyphens as word separators. However, just remember to avoid underscore at all cost. If you can get full wordings without hyphens, that would be even better.

Zenneth, you mention in your post that underscore should be avoided at all cost. This is the first time I am hearing this. Could you please tell me why a hyphen is better than an underscore?
