Just a question here.
We do know if we have back link to high PR site might help to improve our PR. So, have few backlinks to this high PR site or one backlinks to this high PR site better or there are same?

I think it is much better, if High PR site has few backlinks.
High PR site might help to improve our PR--Yes

If we are trying to got backlinks on high PR sites then definitely it will help our site to better ranking in search engine.

Note: Google not show all backlinks in Link command. It will show only high PR relevant link with this command.

1. 1 backlink in abc.com(which is PR 5)
2. 3 backlinks in abc.com(which is PR5)

Because you are getting the higher PR backlink (6). And for the first case - it doesnt matter weather the PR of sites linking to you are the same or not. Only PR value matters and also the outgoing links of the linking site. The bigger pr of a linking site and the less outgoing links the more PR juice you will get

How about
1. 1 backlink in abc.com (PR5) + 1 backlink in efg.com(PR4)
2. 2 backlink in abc.com(PR5)

So you are comparing 2 links of PR5 with one link of PR6. Am i right?
I think It is better to have all 2 links of that type. Anyhow one link with PR6 has its own significant and 2 links with PR5 have their own. I believe One link with PR6 can do the magic.

Then, if i got two backlink in one page, it count 2 backlink or just 1 backlink because that is in same page same article

They should be counted as two but it is purely my own thought. I shall also try this somewhere to check how Google will count such links.

Well, I think only count 1 even if you have many backlink in one site. I do not have any answer of this, might need some expert to confirm the answer
