Page rank is relevant? gives power for position in google? I have domain PR4, but other domains with 3 or 2 are higher in the rankings; why?

You can even listed in first on the google search even you do have PR0 website. PR do not related to the serach engine ranking position but only show that how good your website

That's pretty normal to happen. Even though you might have higher PR (contributed by number of links), SERP ranking actually is being determined by the quality of web content + relevance of keywords based on the search engine queries. If two different websites with comparable content + relevance, then PR will comes into play to determine SERP.

possibly you site that has 3 - 2 pr, was well optimize i mean from title to keywords, descriptions to the body goes well. and also possibly the keyword you target in not that competitive...

Time factor could have played here.

Moreover u should not care much about PR these days as it is of little significace now,as u can get good ranking for all ur keywords even with PR1.
