If you are from Malaysia, beside PB(Public Bank) Debit Card, you can also verify your paypal account by using tunemoney debit card. It is only RM50 for the first time you apply for it and RM3 for the card collection fee. RM9.99 annual fee though. You can also withdraw your money from PayPal with tunemoney debit card. ya.. i know.. they really pissed off me.. i dont doing anything bad.. i just transfered my money to new paypal account.. then both limited.. after 3 days i send all document and credit card,both closed.. that hurt you know.. they doing really good job...
I think the most has verified their paypal.
It's also very handy and if they see that you've got a verified paypal, your buyer will trust you more.
It's more dangerous because if you account is hacked, you will also lose from your CC.
Check out Alertpay, you don't need to verify, and you don't have limits, and it's much safer.

Me too. I haven't verified my Paypal account.
I was too young and I did not reach the age for applying a credit card.
Although I did not verified my account, the account still seems useful for me.
