Hello
I'm living in a country which is not supported by paypal and i want to
buy things on US ebay.
i am thinking to ask my cousin in germany to create virtual paypal
account and give me the password. then i (hope) will be able to put
money on that account using wire transfer or my georgian CC and pay on
ebay.
Can anyone tell me if this will work and if i break any paypal rules
when doing this?
may paypal block that account.

PayPal will automatically know it's being used from outside the registered country and block the account. | |

Well, if they do, you really got unlucky.
Because they won't check everything and every IP so I think it's not a big chance you will get blocked. | |

i don't think you can upload fund into your paypal using cc which is not from approved countries
i was trying to verify my account using a debit card, but my card is not acceptable though my country is in their approved list | |

I don't think you have the best of plans. Pay Pal does check ip addresses and if things don't add up, expect the account to be locked. Pay Pal has been in business for many years and is wise to just about anything you can think up. | |

Maby you cans end a mail to paypal and ask why your countrie isn't supported and ask them what you need to do

You have to be careful when doing this. When you log into your account your IP address you use to access will be recorded as well. This will limit your account. |

yes i think it's very risky too, sooner or later you will get caught and loose all of your money
why don't you ask for your cousin to pay then you pay him in other way | |

well if you try to cheat it then they are surely going to take away all your money and block your account. instead you can ask your cousin to order the item from ebay to your address isnt it |

Yeah I used my paypal once with a proxy and the just blocked the account within minutes lol waste of time imo. |
