I noticed PayPal lets you close your account.
So if you close your account, then decide to recreate another account and use the same credit card and stuff, will PayPal get suspicious and limit my account? And if they don't, will my spending limit be reset?
well, if you want to get unlimited spending limit, just upgrade your account to premier account. with your way, i think that's will waste more time.

Well if paypal detects such kind of action they do limit your account. Better not use any credit card and just withdraw the money in the bank directly even if you have 2 accounts.

i believe you can do that. like my friend closed his premier account and just opted for a personal account because of the charges, nothing wrong with that. why will they be suspicious if you don't do anything illegal?

You're allowed to have 1 personal account and 1 business/premier account according to paypal rules. As long as you don't have 2 personal accounts or 2 business/premier accounts, there wouldn't be any trouble.
I didn't know you can do that. How can it be done? The whole account gets deleted? Maybe what you are referring is detach your credit card from the account. Is that correct?

I think they do allow more then just two in special cases, but you need to e-mail them or get in touch some other way. But for most normal paypal users, having one personal and one premier/business account is more than enough.
