I heard a while back that Pay Pal does not list their accepted/denied countries on their site. Is this true? If they do list them, any one have a link?

i think they have list down the countries that they accept, if not mistaken i saw it before, but i not sure the link, you can find out at paypal website.

back then, paypal was not allowed in the philippines. but now, not only did they process payments for our country, they even transfer funds to our local bank account for free! isn't that great!
