well, it is possible. but your account still un-verified.
if your account is un-verified, then you have sending limit.
maybe you should use credit card for better feature.

i didnt find any remarkable benefit from premium account....well as per i know there is no limit of that but you need to pay charges when receive fund...

Arent that there are no sending limit in Premier Account?

And for those who use PayPal to receive business fund,
must use business/premier account,
else will suspend by PayPal if they found.

All you have to do to get a premium account is click upgrade to premium. You don't need a card or a bank account, but you will still have a lot limits.

Well, I know that with premium you will still have limits. The only way to remove all the limits is to link a bank account or a credit card with the PayPal account. The limits vary depending on what country you are from. My limits are something like €2,500 sending and receiving limit per year.

I do have one unverified paypal account which is premier account and i have no idea what is the benefit. The only thing i need is they do charge some fee while i receive payment. I will prefer the non-premier account.

Premier accounts can setup purchasing buttons and such on the site. So if you're selling products, and you want the paypal button that goes to the checkout, you need to have a premium or a business account. Those are a few of the advantages.
