Hello guys,
currently my account is not verified and I have an Indian Debit Card which PayPal doesn't accept, so I was finding out ways to get verified, I came across this thing that I can verify using VCC, is it safe to verify using a VCC? If yes why? If no why?
I have read many times that if they catch you, they will limit your account.

Well, not recommended. VCC is a facility given by paypal for completely different purpose. If you try VCC to verify your paypal account that would be malpractice. | |

Most probably they will be able to find out the VCC ... (I am not sure ... but since they are generating VCC ... they should be able to do that... ) Try and verify with the bank or your original CC... | |

For me, I'm using Debit card to verified my paypal acc.
Is there nothing VIsa at India provide Visa DB card for people at india?
For me, VCC provider better looking for verify person in forum. At my country they a person provide this service. But they prefed for Malaysian only. |

If you can get a vcc to use id suggest you use it, after all others are using it

Last time i hreard they say you can use it if you have the visa , or master card logo
on it..Mabe you should try checking with your local bank to see if they can help you...If it was a second hand card(someone else was using it, not genuine)chances are you wont be able to do much with it | |

But still they are not accepting it... God knows why... |

i am in the same state as you
i am also from INDIA and they are not accepting any debit cards even with visa/mastercard logo
and its difficult to get CC as you know
so i am also planning to use VCC to verify,
i am getting it from a trusted source as said by a friend here
