Default PHP Scraper For Moving Forum Off of Fourmer.com?

I have a question that I think some of you here might know something about. I have been trying unsuccessfully to help my sister get her forum's database from the administrators at forumer.com, and I am starting to think the only way we will be able to move her forum to a new host is by scraping...
