in that a user would submit a link and a description in a category and I, as the editor would offer a review of their website or services and then customers of theirs could also submit their own review. Im really keen on eSyndicat but my presale questions have gone unanswered

and people have recommended using Joomla with the Reviews mod but i really want something commercial to ensure great support and security fixes. My budget is around $100. Can anyone offer any recommendations please? I metioned download.com because their listing look great with an editor review and then user reviews but there would be nothing to download
