I can make a application from scratch but it takes alot of time to spend on it.

webvigor if you know php very well and can fix some bugs how is that not an expert??? lol

In my book that would be an expert becuse most php programmers don't really make the applications right from scratch they usally use libs or grab pre-made functions ect.

I also know PHP but not very well and poor programming. But i have used it to create website for my former company....

well, i have some basic in php. am really amaze at those php developer who can build a CMS or big system by themselves... what about you? are you an expert?

hahaha binary 8383 I see what you mean but all I can say experts don't really build their own big system by themselves they have a team of experts to do that.

Too much work but most experts still use libs becuse it's quicker and cost less time to make a system then if you done it from scratch.

the only thing they will do them selfs is anything that they can't find a lib that can handle a certain situation which they then create which are functions ect ...

i only knew a little about php.
but i believe php is not hard to learn. btw, i think, an expert mustn't someone who just using php script.
