Hi all i have to authenticate usernames and paswordsI ve got a bit stuck and as i actually need this wondered if someone had the glue to piece together what have done so far. I've basically i think set my conditions but i cant after so much messing figure how to link each together but also define a min and max number in string ( 6,12) reg should define str must be between 6 and 12 characters, must include one numeric must include at leaast 4 characters must include at least 1 puncuation character in range !#%$_ So far then^ // begining string ( ([a-zA-Z](4,) // at least 4 of any alphabet ([0-9]+) // at least one of a number ([!#%$_]+) // at least on eof special character ) (6,12) // between 4 and 12 required$ // end stringAny help would be appreciatedRegular
