One of my teachers is helping me to learn PHP. She said it's important to put all of your database information in a subdirectory because it's possible for a person to download a php file in the root directory... So, if i had this file: mysite.com/dbconnectinfo.php, someone could download it? but if i have myste.com/includes/dbconnectinfo.php, it would be secure? I don't quite understand, and I would appreciate some insight on this. Thanks!
