Default Iframe height 100% doesn't work in IE

I'm working with relative heights and widths to make my layout able to be resized with browser window sizes but I'm having trouble with my iframe properties in IE. It works perfectly in Firefox. Can anyone give me some help? Here's my webpage that I'm working on. View it in Firefox to see how I want it and then view in IE to see my problems.
