I want to create a contact form. When sent, there are 3 email addresses the data will always go to. I would like a field for additional email addresses to be manually added. I would like to be able to add the subject but have it be formatted like this "ORACLE ORDER" ___input info___"ON HOLD" The "input info" would be a number manually entered. Then a field for the description of the problem. Can anyone assist? Is this possible?
