Can someone tell me or guide me how to dynamicaly change the content of a webpage based on some kind of seeded timer.
Probably want the contents to change every hour or so.
In its basic form I would like to display pictures and links and every hour have them move to a new location on the page.
NOTHING Fancy.
I am a programmer but not experienced with web layouts and the likes so be gentle with me please
