I recently started in the wonderful world of website design.
My first goal was to setup a site for as little outlay as possible so this site is on a free web hosting offer. Its been created with free webdesign software and I have done all promo on a budget of nothing.
The only thing that cost me anything was the domain name and of course my time and effort.
As you will see tis a simple design.

Anyhow please have a looksee and tell me what you think. The link is in my signature. thanks

Well the site seems to be good. I will like to wish you for your success. Nice to see good efforts for the website.

You should use more colors inplace of only one.
Use more graphics.

Currently the site is looking dull. And it had my first impression of not reading the content.

Interesting comparison , i when to the site , everything loaded and all , but i decided to the see what was the extention on the page (html , php) tried , /index.html that wasnt it , tried /index.php and i tried /default.html&php and that wasnt it eighter , what was it? This site itself looks good around the edges though
footer is inplace too so all in all this was a nicely made site

however, i tried the paid surveys link.. when i saw the list, i was assuming that i can click on it to bring me to the survey website.. but there's no link watsoever.. are you still working on that?

Well I too actually thought about that they are links. If they are not the links, please make them look a bit different and look like normal text.

i think the list looks a lot like a link to the websites..or you can also try to write the url of those site so that your visitors can just manually go to the websites themselves..
