one of my clients is running a web site selling cell phones and he does very well. He sells lots of cell phones through his web site but a few customers are upset because he delivered the project late. although he offered them refunds they still post bad commments about his company.. he hired me to optimize the site. when i do a search for his company web site "companyname.com" the forum and blog sites pops up with bad messages about his company

1. how do i make it so that when someone googles his company name "companyname.com" those forums or blog sites goes to the bottom of the pile?
2. how do i make it so that when someone googles his company name "companyname.com" those forums or blog sites dont appear at all....

because it is not right... he has hundreds of happy customers but the happy cusotmers dont post any response.. only the few that had late shipments post bad comments like when he didnt ship during valentines day.. not his fault.. he didnt get the product on time from supplier... so how do i help him... and also right now since his site is only a few months old when you type in "hiscompanyname.com" only a few sites shows up about 5 and 2 of them are the bad forum sites saying bad things about his site.

Also I know every some companies have upset customers and very bad ratings on BBB with lots of complaints but when i do a search for them i dont see anything bad.. i just see hundreds of result when i search their company name
3. what is the fastest way to get hundreds of sites (results) when someone does a search under "yourcompanyname.com"
4. how do u think they did it so that the things said bad about them on forums dont show up...

remember alhtough you fix the stuff on the forum you offer refunds many new customer when they see anything bad at all dont want to sign up even when they read it was resolved they just dont want to deal with a company with any kind of issues... so how do u get this done?

From what I know some forum owners get moderators to deleted these unwanted post. I don't quite sure how to bring down the forums or blogs so that they appear last but you could amend you robot.txt so that the pages doesn't get crawled by search engine bots. This will make them invisible but eventually forum visitor will discover that somehow.
