I have heard that many online marketing companies use the technique of

1) Article Writing & Submission
2) Blogging
3) Commenting in the Blogs

I am personally using the Blog but not done with the Article writing.

I have a question in my mind that which is better for gaining attention from the search engines for the link juice and for traffic purpose.

Can any one have experience in the above written points which is better for the traffic purpose??

If you find and search out dofollow blog, what it can help you is that the links that you place there will actually get you a natural backlink. That means this will allow google bots to go beyond the links to your site. If you comment on 100 blogs, that will mean 100 natural backlinks. But that only work on dofollow blogs.

Article Submission brings traffic, the traffic might like your content and blog about you. I do this for my photoshop tutorials. I get good traffic and many times I find myself with a few extra backlinks from sites I never visited.

Yes, that is especially true when it comes to article directory. One more thing to note is that if the page becomes famous, let's say it went up to high PR, then the links will be worth it. Traffic is always good from there.
