I would like to know about the fact which i have heard about and seen in many Forums and it is the Forum Signature which is generally used by the member's.
Does this Signature pointing to the site have the impact on the search engines to be counted for better results at SERP's. As through this a site gains back link.

Well, it actually contributes toward giving you an automatic backlink. Of course the more post that you make the higher the number of backlinks you will get. This is especially true on dofollow forums like here also at build-reciprocal-links.com

I think signature links help everyone. It's not a good idea for a person to post a bunch just to get their signature displayed a lot though. I've been to some forums where people were banned for that kind of behavior. I know you weren't seriously considering doing that but it made me remember at least one person who really did that at another location. They do count, but not always as much, as often forum post pages have little or no pagerank, so they don't effect so much.
However, if you post a lot in forums (like I do on DP) then it's worth whacking it in your sig, "Every Little Helps" (Tesco) :P
