My client have a variety of sites some up to 10 years old, Mos of the traffic is from yahoo and even though the site still ranks well for a lot of keywords.
Any tips on what percentage of traffic you should aim at from google and yahoo.
I aim for 40% from Google and 10% from Yahoo. Currently I have 25% from Google and 2% from Yahoo or something similar. I don't know why google find my content so much faster than Yahoo. Anyway, it's complicated to get traffic from all the search engines.
I don't understand. Why do we need to aim for certain percentage of traffic? As long as I'm getting traffic of 500UV a day, it doesn't matter whether it comes from Google, Yahoo or even MSN. But usually in all cases, 80% traffic will come from Google itself.
