If you go to forums, you will notice that there are such services providing 1000 stumbleupons vote at the fraction of the cost. My question is whether doing this will help to bring in traffic? There's no way these stumble votes are coming from real users as these must be generated by bots. If google finds out about this, can they slap a ban on your site?
I wont prefer to use bots specially for stumble it will give you fake hits and there is a chance to get ban with your adsence account too if you have one.
Yeah, I feel the same way as well. Even if the number of votes managed to get your site listed on the front page, this traffic flow can only be temporarily + you are risking your site getting black listed for generating fake traffic. Thanks for your response.
Force Stumbles are illegal. Doing something like that might get your site banned from stumble upon but it won't get you banned from adsense. The 1000 stumbles are for stumble upon, users from stumble upon will see your site in tops of your keywords, and they will enter your site like that - that's real organic traffic. It has nothing to do with fake hits-.
I think no point wasting our time paying or doing that sort of thing. I would rather concentrate on getting traffic using the right way. Anyway, stumbleupon traffic doesn't even come close to google. So I think better to improve your site on getting a good SERP. That would drive in more traffic.
Google is pretty much the main source of targeted traffic on the planet. Ofcorse google is king... but sometimes stumble upon can do great things. I have a friend who invested a few dollars (10$ If I remeber corectly) and he got a traffic boost of over 3500 uv/day for 2 days. That was more than 25$ in his adsense account. 15$ proffit. That's nice I think. He might have got linked by others that way...
I think this is really helpful to gain traffic, but you have to consider whether the cost is reasonable or not .
Most of them charege so much money per 1000 vote, and I ever join a program, they pay $0.1 per vote, so I think they usually will charge more than $0.2 per vote, do you think it is worth to use it ?
