The Role
SilverDisc, formed in 1993, is possibly Britain’s longest established search marketing agency. With a wealth of experience and talent and a proven track record of delivering excellent results to clients over many years, SilverDisc now seeks a driven, results-focused new business director to assist us in significantly growing our business.
This is a tremendous opportunity to be at the forefront of our company and to deliver excellent sales results at industry leading performance levels. The key features of the role are:
- closing business in pursuit of quarterly sales targets
- generating outbound sales pipeline in new accounts
- fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycle (RFPs, quotes, proposals, presentations, closing, reporting)
- delivering on promises to multiple audiences
- all aspects of customer care
- appraising and developing the effectiveness of SilverDisc services
- based predominantly in our London offices (just off Oxford Street), but may also work from home or from our Kettering (Northamptonshire) offices
The Candidate
You will be established in your current sales role and have a strong desire to play a leading role within SilverDisc to take advantage of significant market expansion. You will be able to demonstrate your credibility with a combination of:
- a minimum of 5 years direct sales success
- consistent over achievement within your current role
- experience in dealing with blue chip accounts
- development of key accounts with a complex consultative sale
- digital industry experience and/or media services sales
- sales success in a fast growing, competitive market
- an understanding of the search marketplace
- strong oral, written and analytical skills

The package includes:

- potential to double this through an uncapped commission scheme
